Windows power option

Please let me know if the power plan option in windows affect the game performance or not?

I usually put it on balance.

Are you using a laptop or a desktop? If desktop, there's no good reason to use anything other than High Performance, in my opinion. I actually go through the power settings/device manager and manually tell Windows to never shut off my drives, USB ports/hubs, or anything else, for any reason.
