Mod Manager freezing when confirming

My ATS has suddenly become incredibly unstable as of late. I have had the same sets of mods installed yet when I went to go select one of my vanilla trucks the game crashed.

But that's not the worst part, the worst part is that when I go into the mod manager to try and remove whatever could be causing the issue, when I hit "confirm changes" it freezes and locks my mouse away. I have to alt+tab to task manager and close it with the keyboard.

I verified files but nothing needed to be retrieved.

What is going on?
