Absolutely supported.
Re: New Weather Editor (1.29) - About Limitations and One Question
we are working on it.
Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

Another one suggestion.
For parameter set for weight=0, if it possible, please change color of element in dropdown list. (Let it be red)
Because now I must use a lot unused parameter set.

I still don't know, what parameter "Speed coeficient" must to do. Bit it was in bad.sii and nice.sii before 1.29

Re: New Weather Editor (1.29) - About Limitations and One Question
I'm sorry to resurrect this thread but as it stands, I desperately need help with the weather editor. How is it possible to load a previous climate setup so that it can be edited in the weather editor? What I mean is, I would like to edit climate settings, save it into the \base\def\climates folder and load it back in at a later time to continue editing. Thanks in advance.
Re: New Weather Editor (1.29) - About Limitations and One Question
Some bugs.
No selection "skycloud_part"m because SCS weather model did not perform difference between "day" and "night" skycloud parts, except switch another skybox plane, but another skybox models can hide sun on bad weather, so I want to see choice of skycloud part in weather editor.
Now skybox indexes change random, but I want regulate, how far game can change skybox indexes.
For example, if I have sunny skybox with indexes from 0 to 14, and game downshift index to 21 (0-1 = 21), so weather change not so good by me, who create weather setup. In this case I want can regulate how far index can jump.
For index 0 I set set up to 10, but for index 21 just -1,-2 or -3, for index 14 from -5 up to 2, in this case game skyboxes will change more smoothly.
Can someone from SCS to show this topic to angrykarl, maybe he can comment this features?

just note, that this is our of scope of current system.
there is not (and never was) logic in skybox indices.
but i can see advantages of what you are writing about.
would you like any index logic between nice and bad weather? or various climatic profiles?

Re: New Weather Editor (1.29) - About Limitations and One Question
About logic - I told before - weather modder can set range of possibles skybox change (by modder skybox type logic if he has it )
In this case weather change will be more effective than now - one overcast - sunny - overcast - this is bad way.
Al other games like a OMSI or FernBus already have forecast - why we don't have it?
EDIT.
It will be good if SCS add "climate zone" editor. Climate zone it just area, so modder can to climate for example for north UK or Norway, or mountain part of north Italy without map update.

Re: New Weather Editor (1.29) - About Limitations and One Question
Guys, is there any wiki explaining all the settings under the weather editor? I don't need all but a few like "rain additional ambient", "leaves back color", etc..
