Words missing on signs

Please help! I'm unable to resolve this matter myself as I have tried just about everything I can think of. The words are missing on all my signs. I have unsubscribed from my mods, removed them completely from the mods area, have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and now I'm doing a system restore. I need help with this please.

That sounds like a graphics settings issue. What graphics settings are you using (in terms of quality) and are you using software like Nvidia Inspector?
