Game crash and/or serious freezing near weight station

good evening,
I experienced lots of times some game freezings (and recently a crash, too) in the same point: before the weight station on Interstate 15 North after Ogden.
Always reproducible.

My OS is Win 10, 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 3220, CPU @ 3,30 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

My graphic setting are all on max level, and I had no problem (except some light stuttering here and there) in the whole map except that point.
I tried to point out where that critical point is on a map, but if you need, I can take a screenshot of the location next time I open the game.

Mine’s doing that too on 40 just inside Colorado right at the weight station. My game log shows it was caused by the Dodge Charger police car graphic.
