No camera control when inside truck

Strange problem here.
I am unable to look around when in the truck. Mouse does not work and number pad buttons don't work.
If I press "2" to get outside view then mouse works and I can look around.
When I press "1" to go back into the truck I can't look around.
Mouse works in all other areas of the game.

Have uninstalled/reinstalled game and started a new profile but still having the same issue.
