Music problem in games

I have a problem in two ATS and ETS2 games. While driving, while listening to the radio from the game, the music crashes and repeats over and over again, I've had it for some time. This happens even without mods and with mods.

My computer is:

i7 8700k
GTX 1080 Ti 12 GB memory
32 GB Ram
Windows 10 Home x64 Bit

I have same problem with music in game. Since 1.40 update came out, my music is barking and repeating as game do the same. on previous updates when game didn't work properly my music worked fine.

Anyway my current PC:
i3-4130 3,4 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series 1 GB
RAM: 8 GB
Windows 7 Ultimate
