LOW FPS IN ATS AND ETS2

I have an Inspiron 15 7000 gaming gamer notebook
Processor: ntel (R) Core (TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed Ram: 8.00 GB (usable: 7.87 GB)
Graphics: Ge force GTX 1050ti
I only play Euro Truck Simulator and American Truck Simulator. Before I played everything on ultra, but for a while the game runs below 30 FPS, even with graphics on the bass. Would anyone have any idea what was going on?

Eu só jogo Euro Truck Simulator e American Truck Simulator. Antes jogava tudo no ultra, mas de um tempo o jogo roda abaixo dos 30 FPS, mesmo com gráficos no baixo. Alguém teria ideia do que estaria acontecendo?

What version of ATS and ETS2 if it’s 1.40 then that’s the cause SCS has done major change with the lighting system meaning it will require more CPU usage which will cause low FPS drops if you put low beams on during the day and high beams during the night
