Game crash coming into Ontario

No map edits running stock few mods but never had this conflict in any other city anyone else has this problem ?

If i make service and get towed into the city of ontario,or then game doesnt crash so i guess whatever the conflict is near the interstate exit

I'd also go through all of your other mods and remove any that haven't been explicitly updated for 1.40.
