Getting a crash in the same spot outside of Salt Lake City

Seems to be the same spot as I am entering the city from the Southbound side of the highway. Gamelog: https://pastebin.com/6Z3t0xAv Any help is very much appreciated!

It looks like it's crashing because it's not able to load a vehicle model. Would running the game in Administrator fix this error?

I'd start by removing this mod:

I removed that mod, but still getting a crash at that spot. If needed I can provide a list of my mods and their load order?

Truck stops hasn't been updated for 1.41 so I'd remove that. Check if other mods have been updated.

After removing truck stops, if it still crashes, post a new game log after the new crash.

I removed American Truck Stops a few trips before this crash started, but I loaded in today to get a new gamelog and there's no crash today. Checked Steam and there was something updated from the workshop, but I can't tell what it was. So for now it seems to have fixed itself! Thank you guys for trying to help me out!
