fps locks at 16 then goes back to 60fps after 5 minutes

hello i been having this problem ever since 1.41/wyoming came out with the game massive drop in fps then locking at 16 fps then goes back to normal after few minutes or so. what could be causing it. here is my game log

yes using mods ranging from trucks/sounds/graphics/etc and when i try to post game log its saying http error

try removing graphic mods or traffic mods because they affect fps and performance and try driving again.

i did take out jazzycats ai traffic pack. and i have another question that related to world objects. do you know why im missing some street lamps/traffic lights

Yep, these are mods issues. Remove all mods that have not been updated.
Missing assets is probably a map mod.

Never do this. It can cause more issues than it will solve.

Missing traffic lights is often caused by longer yellow lights mods.

yes im about to remove all mods and add back slowly to see what the problem is. and when i try to post my game log it says http error. dont know why.

i fixed why i was getting missing assets it was the S.O traffic mod on steam workshop.
