Question about distance with double trailers
Hello everyone : is there any law,in real life, about what maximum distance can be driven with double trailers?I don't think there's any ingame, but i ask this because of realism etc...
Re: Question about distance with double trailers
Depends of country laws. I can talk about Spain, they are restricted to several routes, you can´t use them wherever you want across the country as far as I know.

ops sorry, didnt see you posted in ATS section. Well, then I guess something similar could apply too, since different states have sometimes different laws regarding the traffic

Re: Question about distance with double trailers
STAA Double, or double pups (which are the dual 28' trailers) are legal on all federally mandated roads in all states. Far as I'm aware, there is no set limit on distance for them, but are typically used by carriers like UPS, FedEx, Old Dominion, etc... to move freight around various distribution centers.
In theory, they could run cross-country, but in most practical applications, usually won't since it'd be better to haul a 53' trailer instead most likely.
