back ground screen issues

I have been away from this game for about 3 months, after updating/deleting a bunch of mods i am now running again. except i have 1 issue. when i try to buy another truck, in the truck configurator? i have a black screen. i cant see the truck or the upgrades. i have restarted game and the computer. i am updated to 1.28. any ideas to what is broke or missing?

If you have Viper2's 389, make sure you're using the workshop version, it's the latest.
I have heard of other truck mods causing it, but I don't know which ones or if they are updated.
