Time of Delivery

When does it count as delivered, when I get in gate or make the drop?? Asking as I seem to be cutting the times close even though I don't stop and mostly speed....

It depends on whether you are hauling your own trailer and which options you choose at the gate. If you are really tight for time (and you should never be, really) then selecting I'm in a hurry stops the timer there and then. Any other parking option and the timer doesn't stop until you drop the trailer in the delivery bay by whatever mechanism is appropriate.

The clock should run slower in the cities, at gasstations etc than outside - 1:3 vs 1:20

I find my delivery times are only a few hours from pickup. These are in other states and I always seem to be late. I ha done that was say Tues but the day was Wed. I took, delivered and got a big late fine.

The vanilla game always gives you (plenty of) time to complete a load. Anything else is probably caused by mods. Some examples, in the way of screenshots of the Take Job and Job Completed screens, might help with explanations.
