What happens when on a 2 day run and you have to stop for the 10 hour rule/law, does that mess up your delivery time so you would be late????

The clock doesn't stop when you're sleeping, so yeah it can cause a late delivery.

Jobs delivery times include time required for sleeping.

and are entirely based on _your_ need to sleep - so unless you dawdle or take scenic detours there should always be time to complete even an urgent job where you need to sleep before the delivery window.

I turned fatigue off. I prefer to drive evening overnight (less traffic). So I 'rest' usually between 7am and 5pm.

Unless I'm driving online with friends, then I apparently take no-doze or something more stimulating... because I'll run two or three days (in game time) without resting.

Fatigue simulation forces 14-hour shifts, but it doesn't enforce proper HOS regulations (max 11 hours of driving during the shift, break after 8 hours of driving, and 34-hour break after 60 hours of work). I still have it ON, but it's a joke.
