Why aren't there ever any AI frac trailers being hauled, or cattle trailers on the roads.

There are in my game. I hate the frac trailer. They are not suppose to be on interstate and not worth pulling.

I agree. I do pull them sometimes, but they sure sit weirdly. But I never see them hauled by AI trucks, or cattle trailers either, as I said.

I've seen the cattle trailer that was added with Wyoming, it seems the spawn ratio for the frac trailers in traffic is set to 0 for all states, but maybe i'm overlooking something.
