Modifier key for more realistic experience

I would like to have a "modifier key" implemented to the game. The way this key works is that the player would bind a key on their keyboard (such as "alt") and the combined use of this key with wiper controls would allow the player to turn wipers off when running at low speed, or turn wipers on straight to high speed; for lights it would allow the player to turn off lights when in marker light mode without the need to cycle on the headlights; the key can be used in pair with steering controls to increase the rotation speed of the steering wheel when needed for evasive maneuvering at high speeds, or to speed up repetitive steering movements when parking a trailer (and of course when using a something other than a keyboard for steering, such as a steering wheel, the player can be given the option to not have the modifier affect steering). And, of course this feature can be used for ETS2.
