Add more lights at drop offs

I just did a pitch dark drop off in Santa Fe, you can hardly see my truck

and here is where the drop off is

thanks to my 10 hr. Delivery Deadline mod (adds 10 hours to default delivery time), this drop off took me 1 ingame hour and I was going very slow

the back area of Coastline Mining where I dropped off has no lights at all

The new darker nights are to dark IMO.
It can work if you play with lights off in your room, but that's not gonna happen for many.
I play in my living room and I'm not going to turn off the lights just to play ATS.

Out on the roads there are many intersections where I can't see where I am going because its so dark.
Basically no idea where my trailer is in relation to the road when making the turn.
