Special Transport addition: Windmill Blade

Maybe even with this kind of cool trailer?

I am giddy with excitement at the idea of such a cargo option!

We need more windmills.
Last running ETS2 and ATS on Debian GNU/Linux old-stable "stretch" 9 64bit

I have put in a solid request for them already last year. The devs have seen the request from my signature here I am sure. Based on this blog pic, it is possible we finally get cargo with the Colorado dlc. Not 100% confirmed but it possible.
