Added distance markers

To bring more realism, it would be nice to add panels that contain information on the distance, I am well aware that the game is only 1:20 scale, but the value can change IRL to fit this scale.
There are multiple examples of panels that contain information on distance.

-Figure 2H-2, 2H-3 and 2H-4


-Figure 2D-7 (only D1 and D2 series)

-Figure 2E-29
-Figure 2E-31 and 2E-32
-Figure 2E-33 and 2I-5 (only D5-1) is already present in game a good start!

SCS has kinda did this. Theirs one sign in Salt lake city. Can't remember what state park it was. But it has one and there's a few others dotted around the map
