Hot-Shot Trucking.

#1 Post by DrewsNetwork » 14 Jun 2021 22:38

As would be fitting for the American landscape I think it would be cool to have a hot-shot DLC. Which would include trucks like the F-450, RAM 3500, Chevy 3500, etc. These trucks could be used for hot-shot trucking across the country. Since it's popular in the U.S. I think it would be an interesting and cheap concept to bring to the game. I know the game itself is not directly targeted towards this area of transport, but I do think that it would attract a lot of attention to the game, and would have many people excited about a new form of transport in the game.

This game is about tractor/semi trucks, not pickup ones

@poozykrem Like I mentioned in my initial post. I understand the game is not targeted towards this kind of DLC, but I do still think it would be a nice addition. Also, if it is not a DLC that you would want then don't buy it...

@DrewsNetwork not denying your point, but all of these Ford/Chevy/Ram implementations would be a big pain in the ass since SCS needs to get licences beforehand. It's not a short process at all, they never worked with light duty vehicles brands

The thought isn’t bad but programming this would be a huge issue. Not all depots are suitable for such a load. That limits such to particular industries....like farming, construction and auto transport. Things that are small enough to haul on this setup and does not require a dock.
