I've encountered an issue where the a.m. and p.m. times are incorrect I have screenshots of this issue. Attached are 4 screenshots. You'll notice during daytime the time displays as p.m. time when it should be a.m.
this applies to the night time screenshots as well. As a test, I created a test new profile and this issue didn't exist.

Have you tried changing time zone settings in "Settings - Gameplay"? If I recall correctly, there's an option to have clock in GMT, which would lead to "morning" being in the night, because it's morning in UK when it's evening in USA.

This issue had been reported several times, last time here: viewtopic.php?f=182&t=248075.
Almost all the times, the issue was related to mods enabled, especially real gas prices mods.

Issue is resolved turns out this was caused by the real fuel prices mod which I've removed and time is nowcorrect.
