My New ATS Anthem

I don't often listen to country music (...more into classic rock, rockabilly, or punk...) but it just seems appropriate to listen to country once in a while when cruising my Pete 579 along the virtual highways. Anyway, I happened to be running a load from Santa Cruz to Des Moines this morning, listening to some random country station on my phone app when this song came on.

It kinda grabbed me. I bought the song immediately and added it to my collection. I will be opening my ATS sessions with this song cranked for the foreseeable future.

One line from the song says it all and is now the tag line in my signature.

"This world turns on 18 wheels"

I know there's some RL truckers here. I'm dedicating this song to you.

That song video gains even more because of those beauties that it features. What they don't have in cabin accessories, they clearly have in blinkenlights and tuning parts!

Heya RiXeN, thanks. I actually tried that full URL first and it still wouldn't work so I just copied the short URL and pasted it. I broke sumpin' I guess...lol.

EDITED TO ADD - and that image you see right there - doesn't that look like something out of ATS? Just goes to show you how close SCS got it. Also, I guess this song was originally done by George Strait but IMHO Tony and Aaron up there did a much better job.

Speaking of Anthems, I have seen 3 Mack Anthems around Raleigh NC, and I gotta say they may look strange on screen but damn they look awesome in real life..... actually they seem to be showing a bit more often than the new VNL.
