Re: USA Truck Simulator
I think I'll play the good ole 18 wheels of steel games over this one. And those games are MUCH better quality than this heaping thing.
Always keep the Greasy/Rubber side down and the shiny side up. Even if what is supposed to be shiny isn't shiny anymore. But still it's always better to stay on top of the wheels none the less!
Re: USA Truck Simulator
When I see the price tag, less than 2 euros, I already can tell it's garbage xD
Thing is, even free games can be better than this one.
When you know your game doesn't worth much money but you don't want to give it for free... xD

Hey I didn't know Montreal was part of cape cod. Also who ever came up with the map knows diddly squat on North America.
In a world full of swift drivers, I'm an O/O.

I guess Geography wasn't their strongest suit. Either that, or they just didn't care and just wanted to make a game no matter how bad the critique the game would be getting.

Re: USA Truck Simulator
I know of some cases in Europe where developers just released "anything" because they were involved public subsidies to incentivize video-gaming industry. Those public aids were tied to the releasing at certain limit dates so real crap things were released from time to time. I always consider that as an option when I see a game that has been released with such an evident lack of any care in its making.

A quick trip to Geography King on Youtube will change that in a heartbeat!ThePlagueDoctor186 wrote: ↑30 Jun 2021 07:05I guess Geography wasn't their strongest suit. Either that, or they just didn't care and just wanted to make a game no matter how bad the critique the game would be getting.

Basically ATS, but on a much lower budget and with a fraction of the manpower that SCS currently has at their disposal.
Re: USA Truck Simulator
And that’s why mobile gaming, with the exception of a small number of certain genres (particularly city building, simulation games, and RPGs/MMORPGs), has never been my favorite due to nonexistent quality control allowing questionable developers to pump out all sorts of even more questionable garbage. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s riddled with unskippable full-screen ads that pop up every 2 seconds and lead to even more questionable apps made by even more questionable designers, in turn riddled with even more unskippable ads that pop up even more frequently, and so on and so forth. It’s ridiculous!Georg Haeder wrote: ↑14 Jul 2021 09:57Alternate universe, in which the US won the war of 1812.
I'll see myself out.
Edit: It's just another crappy port from an Android/IOS game.
