It has been over a month since the OP's last post... We can now safely assume that the OP has died a tragic death... While trying to get his phone to play "One Last Ride" while trying to take a picture of his latest roadkill, while doing 60 in a 20 construction zone while delivering a Russian bride to an orange orangutan in a suit in a white house.

No, not dead, just trying to wrap my head around why this happens:

This is Bryant, Arkansas, where there is yet more dumb to Conway!
That road's traffic results in gridlock in Bryant:

(Red is where the traffic is stacking up, orange is the affect roads that are being blocked)
This gridlock results in traffic backing up down Highway 5/Stagecoach Road, and I 30, which backs up traffic into Little Rock, which backs up traffic into other nearby towns and cities:

(The red dot is Bryant's traffic, orange is where other traffic backs up due to it)

The entire Central Arkansas' traffic problems could easily be solved if people would just use the service road's offramp onto Reynold's Road going south!
