Is it a rule or a courtesy to use hazard lights when you become a 'slow' vehicle?

As an aside when I started watching this I thought... my game looks better than this one????

Did anyone else notice the engine fan come on around the same time it changed down? something that seems to be missing from the game (not the timing, the noise) also it hang on pretty well before changing down, right down low in the rev range, yes it has been a long time since I have driven a real truck and I know the torque range starts a lot lower than when I drove them.

@Fawls Yes, it is a law to use the four-way flashers when driving slowly. In the United States, if you can not maintain 40 MPH on a freeway, you must keep to the right most lane and use your flashers.

@Larry71490 Oh, interesting! I didn't know that one. Of course California has an exception. They have exceptions to everything!
