Woof in America

#1 Post by Wolfi » 03 Feb 2016 07:19

Guess it's time for me to post up some screenies from my first ATS day (night :P )

So starting with quick jobs and that New and ugly Kenny T680?

Somehow familiar yet quite impressively differrent locations

Sunsets are still cool tho 8-)

Classic SCSmobile? :o
Image

Kenny looks slightly better at night :P
Image

Mah first truck - kinda cute
Image

And a small cute trailer
Image

Loving all the visuals in the game
Image

Bakersfield, beware of the woof
Image

More sunsets 8-)
Image

Tuning time!
Image

New truck, new possibilities ;)
Image

This looks preety interresting... a trailerhouse village? :o

Rolin', rolin', rolin'....

Overall I really like the game. It is well optimised even for non-nasa PC's, visuals are cool, some assets from ETS2 are reused but it's not that hard on the eyes. The only 2 issues I have are:
-only 2 trucks so AI traffic gets visually boring quite fast
-tons of police co you generally drive on cruise controll 95% of the time to avoid random fines :P

Looking great mate :D
Yeah police is really crazy but a little funny too.
Because the only thing they do is playing their sirens and boomm 1000$ fine.
They even don't change line, just playing siren and keep the way. lol.

I guess it's some kind of a new super futuristic system. They check your speed on radar and then turn on the siren to log onto your bank account and take the 1000$ fine from it

Mikey's on the roll :D
ATS has pumped fresh oxygen into our lungs with new scenery even though almost all of it is desert yet it looks so good and so different than ETS2. Poor chaps on the blog complaining about how ATS is a copy-paste of ETS2 need to get their eyes checked. :)

Did you try skilled parking or got lazy with simple? :P Phew! some of those spots are really hard to get in perfectly with these long trailers & the shorter ones are too notorious to obey.
