I respect your work and your time spend making this map and i wanna thank you for that (although i haven't test it yet), but woudn't be great if your map was compatible with MHAPro 1.2 too ?
Or it is ? I'm confused a bit.
Cause i tweaked the priority mods up and down, but seems that mexuscan doesn't work with MHAPro 1.2+Coast to Coast at the same time.

i not testing mexuscan with MHAPRO just with C2C

pssst.... If you delete all the section you haven`t changed and only keep the necesery you can get the mod working with: c2c without a the c2c patch. MHAPro v.1.2, not 1.3 since in 1.3 he changed Hornbrook and my map mod.

So in the Usa folder in the map just keep every thing starting with sec-0017-0001 to -0003 and sec-0016-0001 to -0006 and sec-0012+0007, +0008 and sec-0011+0008 to +0010 and sec-0010+0010 to +0012 and sec-0009+0012 ,+0013 and sec-0008+0013, +0014.

You can also see what sections (sec) to keep by going in to the editor and press a, then zoom out as much as you can. then you will see the sections and their name and border.

Understanding 'map editor' is really easy, all you have to do is understand 'map editor' ... :o

I still have and play the entire 18WOS series. Nice start but you do know that American truck drivers are not allowed into Mexico and Mexico drivers are only allowed 30 miles into America without a permit. A lot of trailer swapping goes on at our southern border.

Well, for me everything seems to work now (after mexuscan v.0.3 released). Haven't driven yet, but every road is connected (although i miss one port in San Diego).

7. MHAPro ATS 1.2 Part 5 (4,3,2,1)
8. Atlanta (this is a small updgrade for Atlanta by jayinatlanta. Haven't test it yet)
9. Patch_for_C2C
10. Coast to Coast v.1.6

I have had a look at you map in the editor (haven't tried driving it) and I have a few suggestions:
1. You should add some new countries (states), it's similar to adding cities. PM me if you can't figure it out
2. You could consider adding some scenery objects around your "cities", it's pretty stark at the moment
3. You can stop scenery objects popping up at short distance by changing the distance type in properties
