Took a load of mail from Coldfoot to Bettles, hadn't been to Bettles before, there were a couple of surprises along the way :D

Under OpenGL there are some black textures. The roads at Bettles and the smooth road in from the highway turnoff. Also some road sections at coldfoot and some bushes:

Damn I always forget to test OpenGL sorry. Will have a look when I can.
Generally its usually the first line in the MAT file for the texture that needs to be changed as its something to do with effects.
Can also be the type of DDS file as well as Ive had to use another program once before to resave them. Think it was the James W Dalton Hwy sign at the entrance to the Dalton that gave me issues there.

Increasing the time for cargo delivery.

find:
simulation_avg_speed: 62.0 # km / h

change it to a smaller value, e.g. 20.0

Save changes in file!

Long climbs in snow will significantly reduce the average speed and we can get a delay penalty.

YouTube phage darc. I'm not sure i have enough resources to capture anything i need to plug in, wireless requires too much. i don't have a usbc on my pc. But if I find and adapter I intend to do video for upload. however, if no one has played in vr.......do it.

@Grizzly Mate need to ask you to post screenshots of those spots and your game.log.txt so I can see which textures are causing it.
Unfortunately I switched from an NVIDIA 1050 GTX 4GB to an ATX Radeon RX570 OC 8GB due to Assassins Creed Valhalla when it came out and I have just discovered it does not like OpenGL Mode at all.
Everything on my map is black red and green and white when I switch the game to OpenGL Mode now.
I tried to take a screenshot but that just came out pure black. Also I couldnt see any errors in my console at Coldfoot when I did warp there.
So any info you can provide that may help there with logs and screenies may help me solve it.
I do have this rotten feeling that its actually something to do with the compression type for the dds files though. Big question there is which compression method is it?
BC 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7 etc etc etc
Lol I opened the map in the editor in OpenGL Mode and theres even more colours now.
