Hi, Please can you tell me about your fixed/merged version of Viva Mexico, and is it available here for download? ThanksShirBlackspots wrote: ↑19 Nov 2017 15:50 Also, if you use my fixed version of Viva Mexico, then it goes this way. You do not keep the original Viva Mexico files (All three are merged into one)
US Road Signs (Always at the top)a
Canadream v2.4
Cities Expansion v1.2
US50 & CA99 v1.9
Coast to Coast v2.4.2
Viva Mexico v2.4.2 fixed/merged version by Blackspots

It's right here: viewtopic.php?f=194&t=232696&start=520#p827523
It's the version I've been using, works great, I highly recommend using this. It says version 2.4.1, but that's because Blackspots fixed the map before Hugo made his official fixes, so it's essentially the same as 2.4.2, but better since it's all the files combined, with some fixes, and smaller download size.

Re: Map loading order
You need C2C if you want to use Interstate 10 (load order is quoted at the top of this page)
Author: C2C Eastern New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas improvments
ETS2 Map Combo: PM, Scandinavian Addon, RusMap, SR, The Great Steppe, PJ Indo Map
ATS Map Combo: Coast to Coast, CanaDream, Tonopah Reworked, US Expansion, Viva Mexico

Re: Map loading order
Hi, i have most of the map mods as, i suppose everyone else, has.
my mod order is exactly what ShirBlackspots has said with the exception of Canadream since the download wont work for me at all.
what i dont understand is that between San Diego and El Centro(on the original, stock map) theres a section of road missing. if i drive on that road it freezes completely.
there is also a chunk of the road missing from the highway between San Diego and Carlsbad(?)
is this something that can be fixed or is this just something unfinished with the mods?

Re: Map loading order
Well, now that you have Canadream working, do you still have the problem? The problem you were experiencing before would have had something to do with load order most likely, or using an incorrect (non-C2C) version of a map mod perhaps?
Re: Map loading order
unfortunately yes. Parts of the road are still missing at the same spots as before. Something elsed that has happened now is that parts of the map seems to have been moved a bit to the side so parts of the road network and cities is in the ocean now. This is especially in Mexico.

Re: Map loading order
You can't use any other mods that modify the map background, or the map_data.sii file in anyway, so no GPS mods, etc. That's why your map is shifted. The load order listed by shirblackspots does work, except that of course there are updates to most of the maps listed by now, so also make sure you have the most up to date maps. Also, again make sure you have the proper, C2C compatible versions of Viva Mexico and P16's two maps. Make sure they are all at the top of your load order.
