[REL] Radiator Springs add-on 1.3a for ATS 1.39

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

I made all the recommended changes, delete sound folder rename cities .sii to .sui ran in clean v1.38 profile and the map will load but get too close to Kingman or Radiator Springs and truck falls through map. Appears to be conflicting with existing SCS sector/sectors that make up the Kingman area. Traveled most of Rt 66 on the East side ok, some very nice scenery. Any other recommendations?

The reason why it won't work is because of the major changes in Las Vegas and Kingman.

Can you please update this map to the current version of the game (1.39)?
Because the map is very nice, and I wish I had one; but unfortunately the versions of the game do not allow it ...

Hello, long time no see. I've finally updated my Radiator Springs map to 1.39.

Changelog 1.3:
Adaptation to ATS 1.39
Base map touch-ups merge
Note: Due to the WIP shift to the new sound system by SCS there is no possibility to add sounds in the map editor at the moment. Therefore, in-game sounds (recognisable songs from the movie and the waterfall sound) have been removed temporarily.

Tested on a clean profile on ATS 1.39 and in combination with the following map mods:
- ProMods Canada 1.0
- Reforma Sierra Nevada 2.2.29
- Reforma Mexico Extremo 2.1.18
- PazzMod 1.4
- Australian Outback Map 1.39
- Grand Canyon Rebuild 1.1

I'm aware that the map is starting to look a bit outdated. I'm planning to slowly revamp it with more modern assets and textures.
