Awesome. So ProMods Canada beats SCS in ambient sounds for ATS? Fmod was a great move though. Gotta give that to SCS. Many hated or hate it, but it was the right move. We can't continue the game as it was.

That sounds amazing and it makes me hope Promods could do something like this for the whole game map, even SCS states. I always felt the base game was too devoid of ambient sounds. Where are wind rustling in desert, owls in forests, waterfalls etc? I don't really get the move to FMOD when they are not even adding any more ambient sound to make the game sound more realistic. Wasn't that the point?

Promods has a lot of small gimmicks, eg snow drift on Iceland

I doubt ProMods ventures over into SCS states. They have enough on their plate as is. The Canada team is a very very small team as is. SCS will more than likely do it for ATS coming with Wyoming and Texas. Then it will trickle over into the other dlc's...newest ones first. Just like the viewpoints. There's a pecking order to implement map wide changes.
