SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check chapters [4] and [5] of Forum Rules.

I have explored it all now and honestly, this map is some of the best work I've seen for ATS, SCS work included. Bravo to the guys above. If I would really nitpick and find something to complain about it would be that some mountains have pretty low resolution textures. Its not a big issue but they look a bit off next to most mountains that have really high resolution textures, some mountains look kind of half finished (like placeholder textures). Overall though an absolutely incredible mod and sets the bar higher for SCS DLCs in the future. C2C quality pales in comparison.

@koolizz. I think some of those low res ones need newer models. I think in order to get the size Jbte wanted, he had to stretch some things out and that pixelates things.

@flight50 there is no other version all you need to run this mod without the mexico maps is the mega resources mod AND if you are running C2C the mega resources C2C patch i run that on my main profile along with canadream, midwest expansion, and minor urban overhaul and its sierra nevada compatibility patch

@dault3883. True. I was mixing up the patches. Its the patches that makes SN compatible with others. Not the other way around. Thanks.

The bay area is planned but when is unknown. Currently they are doing Chihuahua and Vegas. It will take a minute to get to the Bay area perhaps.

I would like to edit the „welcome“ and „thank you“ billboards to something subtle for myself. Could you be so kind and provide the location of the texture? Can‘t find it in the mega ressources.
I really like the idea of the billboards. You always know when you enter and leave the modded area but it‘s breaking the immersion.

Question, I have alot of these errors and I was in the middle of reno heading west when I had a crash to desktop.

Neither the map mod nor the Mega Resources mod contain vehicle definitions.
Check one of your other mods that modify/add vehicles to the game.
