SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

As a clarification for anyone wondering about the Alaska map file, it's an addon map mod (like Promods) and has a ferry terminal from Everett, WA. As of right now, it's the port town of Valdez, AK with a stretch of Alaska State Route 4. It has three companies incl. Gallon Oil representing the Petro Star Valdez Refinery.

Ivanmykyta, I kinda went in with low expectations as I was just checking what was latest on the forum, but I'm actually loving how this first part has turned out. I think your new project is awesome. Good luck, man!

Edit: Companies, not communities. I don't know why I said communities lol.

Dude, I love the idea to integrate Alaska into the full ATS map. Hope you can continue it!

Omg I just tried the ALaska mod, beautiful work! PLease continue this, this is exactly what ATS needs as I dont think SCS will do AK anytime soon if ever and not everybody wants to drive the 1:1 DAlton map.

It's off to a great start: I enjoyed your Colorado project back in the day, and this will be just as good. Only thing I'd suggest so far: get in touch with Team Reforma in regards to the pop-in mountains issue. They figured out a way to bypass it, and it would really help this map out as well. Keep up the good work!
