SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Re: [REL] Minor Urban Overhaul (04/02/2021)
Thanks! Do you know what this mod does exactly? Does it add something to Lite Urban Overhaul SoCal / SFBay? Or does it fix something?
Re: [REL] Minor Urban Overhaul (04/02/2021)
Vinnie. Ouuppss! I forgot this part of your question. Here Defeoac's message on discord : "...almost all of the signage in Cali are updated and are not using the outdated ones--at least in most parts"
defeoac — 08/04/2021
Search "extra sectors" inside the MUO forum. Quaristice made some signage changes in the rest of I-5. It's optional, so it's not really needed. I put that there so that almost all of the signage in Cali are updated and are not using the outdated ones--at least in most parts. It's this one: https://mega.nz/#!iuollaJY!1uC0TmzP_Xsz ... Wp5LKPAZL0
Vinnie. EDIT...
You may have these warning messages in your game log.
00: 00: 01.004: [zipfs] LiteUrbanOverhaul_Extra.scs: Created, 34 entries
00: 00: 01.004: <WARNING> [mod] Mod package 'LiteUrbanOverhaul_Extra' does not contain a manifest file 'manifest.sii', creating default information set.
00: 00: 01.004: [zipfs] LiteUrbanOverhaul_SoCal_SFBay.scs: Created, 278 entries
00: 00: 01.004: <WARNING> [mod] Mod package 'LiteUrbanOverhaul_SoCal_SFBay' does not contain a manifest file 'manifest.sii', creating default information set.
Just create these missing files in the mods and the problem will be resolved.

AdBlocker Ultimate on Firefox. Sharemods with NO ads. The new Sharemods is better. Just wait 5 sec for the download link and then it starts downloading.Vinnie Terranova wrote: ↑08 Apr 2021 16:40 Oh, you can use the site without an adblocker; you'll just see a bunch of advertising. That's all.

Hello Vinnie!...or if you are on Google Chrome, you can use "uBlock Origin", very good utility and you can even block what bothers you by the contextual menu

Don't worry guys; I actually am using an adblocker for many, many years... My post about using an adblocker was meant for bobgrey1997 regarding Sharemods.

Re: [REL] Minor Urban Overhaul (04/02/2021)
I made some fixes to the file for personal use. Fixed broken roads in NorCal, CTD'ing in Santa Cruz, fixed the Hollywood hills so the Hollywood Sign mod works with it, and added a thumbnail and description for the mod manager. If anyone wants it, I'll send it to you.
