The G619s are just an alternative option to the G314s that Smarty included. They've actually been in the pack since the beginning. The wheel model (10-holes) is the same as the one used on the G314s.

I've been trying to use the "paint_color: (0.000, 0.000, 0.000)" attribute for the two paintable trailer wheels, but no matter what number I set it to, the only result is white.

The G619's are unfinished (you may notice the sidewall says G572 LHD). I goofed and included them in a release a while ago. I was going to take them back out, but I think some people have been using them, so I've left them in to not crash their games.

As for paint_color, I never tested that thoroughly, so it's probably just another way that paintjobs and accessories are disappointingly limited/nerfed on trailers. It seems like I keep running into that on every project these days... :?

Good catch on that typo; It's fixed now. :)

Yeah, on Bart's Wabash trailers, since it has an Estes skin, I was trying to get the red wheels that Estes has on their trailers.

But for the most part, plain white is fine, since I am trying to duplicate what's in real life. For example: Landstar uses white rims on their trailers, so I set it to use those paintable rims.

@ShirBlackspots like this except with Smarty's rims?

andrei383 created the trailer and rims.

Yeah, that's precisely what I was trying to do, but with Bart's Wabash v2.2 that has an Estes trailer.

I'm having game crashes when trying to load in the Steel 275/70R22.5 wheels.

Double check the path to the .sii you're calling. It should be "/def/vehicle/t_wheel/scr_gy_g104rst_27570r225_5hh_a_dull.sii". There was a typo in the tutorial that had it as ...25570r225... That's what I get for typing these things out after I'm too tired to be working on anything else.
