While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

You sure ?

They were listed back in 2016, which means that while they were probably uncommon, they were still available back then

Galimim, what are the differences between the Adaptive Gearing, High Torque, and Efficiency versions of the Turbo Compound engine?

If I understand and read the values
High Torque has all the torque in all gears
Economy has the all the engine torque in the last gears (9/10th to 12th) but ~80% in the lower gears
Adaptive Gearing has all the torque in lower gears but ~80% in last (9/10th to 12th)

In that case, would Economy be better than Adaptive Gearing under most loads in this game?

Based on the previous post, terrain would be the determining factor. Relatively flat for economy, reasonably hilly (not steep) for adaptive and mountainous for high torque.
