Just a note that this mod, while it will work in 1.29, actually will remove some new features.
In 1.29, SCS eliminated the "California" from the ambulance, but they also added varying ambulance designs, as well as the Las Vegas specific variant. Likewise there are a few different fire truck designs now. There even are city-specific garbage truck variants now.
So really, all that's needed from this mod now are the textures for the Mack logo and perhaps the Waste Management logo for the default garbage truck (or one of the city variants as appropriate). Some research into the city-specific garbage company logos is something to look into now!
