Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@Laqueesha First off, I'm sorry for the very very late reply. As you may have discovered, it, for the most part, works fine with 1.41. I have noticed far too many Western Stars on the road, which likely is the result of a change in 1.41. Recently, I've been working on a long-term project, so I've been off the Forum. I hope to release an update in the near future, but I can't say for sure when that will be.

Updated for 1.41.

Changelog:
-Added Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts
-Added support for Subaru Outback Onyx Edition XT and new Chevrolet Advance Design
-Removed unused Albuquerque Police Department vehicles
-Colorado ambulance now spawns in more states (nothing makes this ambulance specific to Colorado)
-Tweaked overall spawn rates

Gonna be honest, after seeing the 2020 Subaru Outback in-game, it is more like a mashup of every trim levels of the 2020 Outback, so technically it's not the Onyx Edition XT, the car is unlicensed and its trim level is never be specific in-game, leaving it as a very generic model. You should rework its spawn ratio by blending the other trim levels of that car. Same thing with the rest of the cars, all of them doesn't need to have a specific trim level represented in-game, as these cars are also unlicensed as well and SCS doesn't need to research that, so not necessary to research the specific trim level of them, leave them as very generic as it.

@RushCars24ID First off, sorry for the late reply.

Generally speaking, newer AI vehicles (those made in the past two or three years) are based off a specific trim. I doubt this is intentional, rather they likely just grab some photos of a car in a parking lot and go from there. These models aren't 100% accurate, but they are hardly as generic as they seem. For example, the Subaru can be declared an Onyx Edition as the grill they used is exclusive to that particular trim.

Earlier models (such as those that released with the game) tend to to be less accurate, but generally still have a clear resemblance to a specific trim or year range (such as the Acura TSX, it's more generic, but the front bumper clearly shows its the post 2006 facelift model).

I would argue taking trims into account is important, each trim has distinct characteristics that cannot be ignored. Moreover, the spawn rates are far more realistic when trim is taken into account.

I've got a spreadsheet for every traffic vehicle and its spawn rate in each state. For each I note the trim and the years represented by the traffic model. Sometimes one of these characteristics is dropped if the vehicle represents all trim levels or years (for example, the Tesla Model S is is marked "-2015 Tesla Model S" as the trim doesn't dictate exterior differences, but the car was facelifted in 2016). This means, while it has a higher spawn rate, this is accurate as it reflects more vehicles on the road than something more specific like the Outback Onyx.

That's a lot of words to say, "I'm OCD as hell," but you get the picture. At the end of the day, this isn't a perfect system, but my goal is to make it as realistic as possible given the current traffic cars in game and their non-negligible characteristics.

This seems to break "Daniel's Random Events" mod by causing some vehicles not to spawn during events (like ambulances and firetrucks). I think it's because the events use the generic vehicles.

@Laqueesha That's to be expected, the same thing happens with default SCS events. There's no real way to fix this while still keeping the generic vehicles out of traffic.

I try to change the number of Mercury Colony Park(too many)but I dont know wich code have this car.
Other two incongnitos for me are:
