Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check chapters [4] and [5] of Forum Rules.

Load Order - ATS v1.40 Map Combos (Updated 17 april 2021 - Minor Urban Overhaul)

Welcome to this load order thread for ATS map combos.

In this first post I will post load orders for different map combos. I will try to keep this load order as up-to-date as possible. With each ATS update I will copy the existing load order and paste that in a new post. This way an archive is created of load orders for older versions of ATS. After that I will start to create the new load order for the new ATS update in the first post.


Notes
  • I will not link directly to map mods. This thread is purely meant for load order. You should know where to find the map mods by yourself; use the navigation and/or search function of this forum, or use Google.
  • I will not create load orders for Open Betas of ATS.
  • I will not test every possible load order. Also, don't expect from me that I will give solutions for issues with load orders; we'll have to do it together, and therefore I need your help as well to create correct load orders with as few issues as possible.
  • If you find an issue with a particular load order, please make sure you have only loaded the correct versions of the map mods listed in that particular load order.
  • I will post all known issues in this first post right under the corresponding load order.
  • In case a map mod doesn't show a version number in the Mod Manager I will put the version number in parentheses.

Notes:

3) Instead of "Island Map" you can use "Minor Urban Overhaul". If you choose Minor Urban Overhaul, edit "Minor_Urban_Overhaul v12.scs" by deleting "def\world\traffic_rules_spawn.sui".

Known issues:
1) This patch might be hard to find as the information on the Reforma website is outdated. It says: "New C2C Patch file v.2 || Special file for compatibility with C2C v2.8 and MR 2.1.18 || Last. update. 06/11/2020". But when you download the file you'll get the v3 patch, which is the correct one.
2) Invisible object on I-5 northbound left lane (south of Carlsbad, CA). It is yet unclear if this is caused by Minor Urban Overhaul, or one of its fixes/patches.

I have made the map combo load(ing) order with C2C and I am afraid that a game (has) crashed instantly while checking of the world map in main menu.

Did you use other mods as well, besides map mods?

Yes, with US Road Signs and ATS Sign Improvement Mod by the way. The remaining mods are in proper position and ATS SI is very lower put

ATS Sign Improvement is not yet updated for ATS v1.39. See here. I don't know about US Road Signs.
The best thing you can do for now is to disable at least ATS Sign improvement. If that doesn't work for you then also disable US Road Signs. See if that works.

Island Map is compatible with Caribbean Map. :)

Not sure why there is a CTD near Salem. Driving through I5, I have yet to experience that issue.

It's quite possible that the CTD is caused by MUO. I will check that soon. I'm also thinking about creating new load orders without MUO.
