Frosty Winter Weather Mod v5.0 [Upd: 06 Dec 2023]

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

Loyal4ets2 - I'm still working on it but they're both big projects for ATS and ETS2, unfortunatley I didn't have enough time to be able to release them during 1.40, 1.41 has further complicated matters with more changes plus ATS will have to be updated for the Wyoming dlc, but hopefully fingers crossed I'll get them finished during this update. Unfortunatley the rebuild in 1.41 has covered northern California in green snow :( but in more positive news I did get some feedback from SCS, they are aware of the terrain colouring issue but said an imminent fix is not possible as there is no easy solution.

I feel bad for you because you always have to fix so many things and SCS should kinda support you because it's something unique and adds a bit of realism to it. Just my personal opinion.

Too bad to hear that because it's their work out there :( and they should know how to help you to make this mod great again.

At last i hope ETS2 will be easy to work with.

I think the SCS response also gives an idea of just how far away they are from implementing their own variable weather

You think so? They already works on many projects. They just could help Grimes to fix it.

Apparently they are, just not with all hands on deck

This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. Please look for it infecting a signature near you.
