SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Spectracon - You would have to change the road textures to make them look wet but you wouldn't get wheel spray.

Hi @Grimes will you do a slippery physics mod like there is for ETS2?
Re: Frosty Winter Weather Mod v2.2 [Upd: 24 Nov 2017]
JoaoRabit - I think the physics for the ETS2 version should work ok with ATS.

Hello Grimes, I just installed the ATS version of Frosty Weather Mod in order to take some nice screenshots of the truck with a gift trailer in a snowy environment. However, the truck had rather strange color as you can see ( 1st picture is with the mod, 2nd without ). The only mod that could interfer was a "no_bloom" mod from Piva but I have tested with and without and got the same results.

Any suggestions that would preserve the original color of the truck while still having snow around (like perhaps the last image) ? Thanks in advance and have a good day !

Re: Frosty Winter Weather Mod v2.2 [Upd: 24 Nov 2017]
Avegooday- In order to create the right weather conditions for a winter environment you have to make changes to the lighting, this will result in less vibrancy in some colours. You can delete the climate files from the mod which will revert it to the default lighting.
Uxot - nice1 bad1 etc are just redundant files that I forget to delete, I'll get rid of them in the next update.

Any chance of V2.3 having snow covered roads? Love the seasonal change but find the bare asphalt a little bit unrealistic.
