SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. I just did some jobs for an hour on a new profile with only this mod activated, haven't had a single framedrop. This, and the fact there are no console errors on your side, makes me believe the problem is local and not caused by this mod. Of course, if new information comes up I'm happy to look in to it again.

Also wondering, on which gameversion are you guys, 1.41 or 1.42 OB?

I am at 1.41. and I think also now that it might be something else also, need to search more but will give info if I encounter something.

All known issues and W.i.P., full list of known issues can be found on the Steam modpage. We try to fix these to keep the console nice and clean but it doesn't harm the game or cause framedrops. Its simply the game saying something has another name and shader then it expected, its shown correctly in the gameworld.

All errors and warnings can cause frame drops. The more data being written to the log files, the more chance of framedrops.

That's true Madkine, but we haven't experienced framedrops at these errors ourselves. I assumed that will be the same for all users then.

After months for looking where to fix it, I had a clear moment this morning and I (finally) was able to fix the bug below. Fixed it on all fastfoodrestaurants that came with the Colorado DLC.

Further the brightness of the nightlights on numerous ambient signs and fastfoodlogos is adjusted.

So if indeed this error was the cause of the framedrops it should be fixed in the next update. We'll do a few testruns on our end and if all goes well the public mod will be updated this afternoon (CET). Of course I'm curious to hear if this fixes the framedrops some users experienced.

Yes I did get the frame drops at night in bright light signs in near distance when I tested it again, but my setup is older than the game itself so I think it is bug for us who uses low end pc:s

Of course I don't know your specs, but If your setup is older the the basegame it seems logic you might encounter some problems. Especially in the newer DLC's. You can also have a look at your settings, in my experience (playing on a 5yr old laptop) shadow texture settings also cost a lot of CPU (have it on medium myself), especially in forest area's like Oregon and Washington. SSAO and mirror settings can also be set to low without killing the overall graphics too much.

Good luck and hopefully today's update improves your hardware performance a little.

One thing I noticed with your mod, it will give some random signs that are only green or blue without any texts, but it happens after long time of continuous playing the game, after I take your mod off, game is fine so I need to get back to this mod after I can get better computer. But other than that I really like your mod but for now I have to get along without it.

Hello together

First of all, a big thanks for this mod, it is a must have for me!

As an example, I would like to keep the deepgrove-company in the original.
Why?
In one of my profiles i have created deepgrove skins for my own company trucks and trailers that i want to continue to use.

Now I have one or two questions:
....if I want to leave an original SCS company unchanged, can I delete files from the mod?
.... which files are these, maybe all files with deepgrove in titel?
