GPS not working in Elko[KNOWN]

On this screenshot I had just delievered a cargo to Rail Export and after that I opened the "new upgrades available" and clicked the GPS button to show me the direction to the service station. But the GPS red line never appeared. I reached it manually and then chose a cargo from Rail Export... guess what - GPS didn't appear again. I tried with selecting a cargo from Plaster and Wallmart. In those cases the GPS line appears rarely - if it feels like appearing. In Plaster case it appeared only after my truck touched the street but it didn't while I was inside the factory. In Wallmart's case the GPS line appeared for may be 3 seconds and then disappeared without a trace.

Just arrived in San Francisco - here it doesn't work either. Clicked "set GPS to the nearest upgrade shop" but the red line doesn't appear at all and I'm far from that shop, so the distance isn't the problem.

AFAIK, it is a prefab issue with some service stations and dealerships. The way I found to avoid it is by manually setting a waypoint on the street in front of or near the prefab. Still a bug nonetheless.
