The parking lot has an exit on the other side, but there seems to be an invisible wall not allowing truck to go there.

No, it's not an invisible wall. You are facing the wrong way. The parking should be to your left, where you enter the service area.
However, you can't go there because it's totally fenced off

That doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to go somewhere where it looks to be open... I mean it's not random roadside pasture, it's a dedicated area.

I really don't think that this is intentional, here. The "invisible wall" in this case is a "boundary". Of the little straight road you just passed (turning left, then right) to get to this spot.
A "no boundary" triggered, for that road segment, would fix it.
