Trailer/truck flying around violently upon attachment[24163]

#1 Post by triple88a » 24 Feb 2016 04:30

I saved right before i attached and was able to recreate the problem.

Here is a video of the bug.

1.1
64 bit
I was able to reproduce it 100% with that save hence the video. Unfortunately the quicksave got over written.

Coordinates are just outside the W company in Winnemucca.

Hi,

is there any noticeable pattern in which this occurs ? Like place where you are or specific trailer/cargo that is causing it, or does that happens every time you attach trailer ?
Also, obligatory question, do you have any mods installed ?

At best send me coordinates where you made that video, I'll check that particular place with identical trailer type.

These are the co-ordinates. (sec-0013+0000);-50939.6;16.2172;1250.24

I just tried it on the public build and the same thing happened to me in a Kenworth and a long curtain trailer.

It seems to only happen in a small area, the part of the road where the trailer wheels are is a small bridge light structure. You also have to pull away from the trailer and back up again. If you just disconnect and reconnect the trailer without moving the truck, the issue doesn't seem to happen.

Loutis, whoever at SCS decided to hire you, deserves not just one cookie, but a whole jar.
