i tested the truck with 2.39 diff ratio and rpm were exactly as you wrote. so its everything correct, our truck are just set to be 20% stronger/slower than your truck is.

you can create simple mod, if you want more fuel efficient long haul truck (at cost of some power).
just change diff ratio on transmission(s).
thanks for report.
How do I go about doing that.

Also, do you guys still need the video or not. I also note the engine sound is much different than the default, and the turn signal being too fast in addition to the sound of the turn signal itself, both of which appear in this video.

That mod adds new gearbox / diff combinations for the 10 speed boxes. If you want to do it yourself, just ask. It's not complicated but needs a little prep work to get access to the required files.

I'd like to do it myself, just need to know how to go about doing it.

The most complicated part is getting set up. This post pretty much details what you need to do from scratch

viewtopic.php?f=172&t=189533

Or you can find another transmission mod and edit that.

The transmission file will look something like this.

Code: Select all

SiiNunit
{
accessory_transmission_data : 18s410.iveco.s.transmission
{
	name: "Eaton Fuller RTLO-20918B 4.10"
	price: 18000
	unlock: 12
	icon: "transmission_generic"
	differential_ratio: 4.10

}
}

The line you need to edit for the rear diff ratio is: "differential_ratio: 4.10"
