[1.29] Volvo VNR fix

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

I think I found a new bug. Now the parts of VNR are red.

PSA: All of my mods work fine in the game. Read it as, they won't cause any crashes. But all of them will need updates and changes to be made. When that will happen, I can't say, since we need to get updated blender tools first, detailed and final change logs and guides, and I doubt that will happen before the end of the beta. And after that it will depend on how much work I want to put into each mod. I suspect that at start I will only do minor updates where the most obvious things get fixes and do larger changes later on, but we will see when we get there.

As suggested by @JESAN, chassis fairing would be a great addition. I really like this truck for it's flat-top short sleeper. Some tuning like the ones on the VNL are also very well welcome

Galimim,

Is the dashboard for volvo vnr the same as the one for volvo vnl?.

Is the dashboard computer in both trucks also suffers under the poor visibility during daytime?, or is this fixed

Now that ats is version 1.40 i really looking to replace my aging volvo vnl from Aradeth.

Yes they are the same.

VNL is updated for 1.40, the VNR not yet.

I installed the newest update, and I am still having issues with red parts. Maybe because of missing textures?

Unfortunately new update conflicts with Kriechbaum's Soundpack bro, that's why your VNR has no sounds if Kriechbaum's pack is activated for other trucks :|
