So I gotta ask, what are the odds of you making a P500-S to go along with this?

Not gonna lie. I'm more pumped for the GMC Astro, if that ever happens. I'm still super stoked about the Pacific. Keep em rollin mate 😉

What are those round things on the sides of the hood, air intakes? If yes, what’s the small thing that looks like an air filter?
to me I'd think maybe an air dryer or something of that nature

Those are air filters, im pretty sure there like that because pacific made the hood wide and a normal cylinder shaped air filter would be to big, hope i coulod help

They're actually pre-cleaners/screens/inlets for the air filter(s), which are under the hood. The configuration varied depending on the engine.

In this case, the 8v-71 had two filters under the hood, and deeper pre-cleaners which I presume were meant to suppress intake noise.

Do you still work on this truck? It's been a while since there was no post here for 2 months or so.

It looks like he's been doing a lot of work on his GMC lately. I'm sure he'll be back on this once he's finished.

I've definitely still been working on it; It just doesn't look a whole lot different. Most of my progress has been on chassis details, the luber-finer (which I imagine most of you have seen on the Pete 350), and artwork for the air inlet and the fender badge.

...and I may have also been doing some work on a parallel project.
