While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

There are a few minor things I've been working on, but over all my progress on everything has been pretty slow lately. I started a new job around the end of August and have been quite busy with that.

While I fully intend to have a few more releases before 2017, I don't think at this point that the sleeper/interior overhaul will be happening until next year. Maaaybe if work is slow, but I'd rather get the hours if I can. I like watching my student debt shrink.

totally understandable, Congrats on the new job :) I will continue to operate the Scot and your trailers as I am a sucker for older trucks. I just wish a few more people would mod older trucks rather than all do their own version of existing trucks or modern rigs.

Congrats on the new job! And I don't blame you for putting reduction of student debt over progress on a virtual truck :P I also have a small interior request. Last year I found this International Loadstar in the woods with km/h stickers over a mph speedometer, and my Dad said the stickers were issued in the 1970's during Canada's metrication.

I thought they would be a neat addition to the truck especially because they fit the time period of Scot production perfectly.

Really? We've been waiting for too long for you to release a sleeper version, SMARTY! I'm getting so sick of these failed modders making promises that are all fake news. No one forced you to take student loans. Sad. Baby.

No worries man, and congrats on the job and financial stability.

Work at your own pace. The truck is good in its current form. Just wish I could put a dog in the passenger seat with the Mega Pack, but that is no big deal as the truck is just a cute little thing. Makes fun noises when braking and the back up alarm is hilarious.

Anyone else having issues with the Scot not steering properly when loaded down with heavy cargo? It's like its on ice, it won't steer, just goes straight. As soon as I disconnect the trailer, it behaves normally again.

Is this a new problem? I was able to pull oversize/weight loads with it. The only issue I had was that it was sluggish with the 370hp or so engine I have in mine. I’m using the short wheelbase version.

I wouldn't be surprised if you cannot pull super-heavy loads with that engine. During its time, I think, it only can haul what the engine can handle...unless they really did transport heavy stuff at such slow speeds at the time. Not a practical engine for mountain driving either IMO.

It's new as of 1.29, I never had that issue before and I can't seem to find any mods that would cause issues. Of course there's no error in the game.log file to help me out, either. I was using the short chassis, and the highest HP engine. Someone else had encountered the same behavior later after ETS2 was updated to 1.30 with a different truck, but I can't remember which one. It's so odd, it works just fine with normal cargo, then I go grab some 50+ ton cargo and bam it just goes straight like its on ice. I just won't use it for heavy cargo.
